BSP President Mayawati has demanded action against the BJP MLA who called her a corrupt Chief Minister. She has also expressed her gratitude to SP President Akhilesh Yadav for giving a befitting reply to the BJP MLA. She also said that the SP chief has confirmed our honesty.
Let us tell you here that Rajesh Chaudhary, BJP MLA from Mathura’s Mant, had called Mayawati the most corrupt Chief Minister of UP. The BSP supremo wrote on social media on Saturday that the SP chief has accepted the truth of the BSP chief’s honesty by responding to the false allegations of a BJP MLA from Mathura, for which the party is grateful to him.
He said that BJP should take strict action against this MLA. If he is mentally ill then he should be treated, otherwise it would not be wrong to say that there is a conspiracy of BJP behind this. If BJP does not take strict action against its MLA then the party people will definitely give a reply to BJP by getting his deposit forfeited in the next assembly elections and also in the by-elections to be held currently.
SP-Congress support reservation out of selfishness
On the other hand, BSP supremo cornered SP-Congress on reservation and said that they speak in support of SC-ST reservation out of self-interest and compulsion. Both the parties are still silent on the classification of reservation and creamy layer, which shows their anti-reservation thinking. Hence, it is important to be cautious of them. The conduct, character and face of SP and Congress have always been anti-SC-ST. Their not actively supporting Bharat Bandh also proves this.
BJP leaders are filled with bitterness towards women, the deprived and the exploited: Akhilesh
SP President Akhilesh Yadav has condemned the indecent remarks made by the BJP MLA on BSP President Mayawati. He said that the indecent words used by the BJP MLA about the former woman Chief Minister show how much bitterness the BJP members have towards women, especially those coming from the deprived and exploited society.
She said that political differences are in their place, but no one has the right to defame her as a woman. BJP leaders are saying that we made a mistake by making her the Chief Minister. This is also an insult to public opinion in a democratic country. Accusing her without any basis that she was the most corrupt Chief Minister is extremely objectionable. A defamation case should be filed against the BJP MLA for this statement made in public. By giving shelter to such MLAs, BJP is deeply hurting the dignity of women. If BJP does not take immediate disciplinary action against such people, then it should be accepted that this is not the personal opinion of any one MLA, but of the entire BJP.
If you remember the guest house incident, then apologize: Keshav
Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya hit back at Akhilesh Yadav and said that if he remembers the guest house incident, he should first apologize for it. He said that Mayawati is the former Chief Minister of UP and a senior leader of the country. In principle, BJP respects all opposition leaders. SP has a history of being staunchly opposed to OBC, SC-ST society.
Akhilesh’s eye on Dalit votes
Political implications of SP president Akhilesh Yadav’s objection to Mayawati being called corrupt are being explored. Experts say that he has played this trick to gain the sympathy of Dalit (especially Jatav) voters, who are considered BSP’s base in the by-election. SP hopes that if BSP’s candidate is weak, Dalit votes may turn towards the SP candidate.
