Why do people commit suicide?
A report published in the National Library of Medicine says that almost 90% of suicide cases are due to mental health disorders or mental problems. Experts also believe that no one suddenly wakes up and decides to die. Behind this, something or the other keeps going on in the mind for a long time. If attention is paid to their behavior then they can be stopped from taking such steps.
Why are suicide cases increasing among youth?
An analysis published in the Journal of Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Nursing included 66 different studies to explore the causes and changing behavior of suicide in adolescents. According to this, the internal reasons for increasing suicide among them are smartphones, lack of proper nutrition, problems in periods, bad lifestyle, poor sleeping pattern and inability to face any difficulty. External reasons include chronic mental condition of parents, lack of communication in the family or problems at the social level.

What actions do people do before committing suicide?
1. Staying away from family
2. Sleeping less at night or sleeping longer in the morning
3. Being irritable
4. Feeling too much or less hungry
5. Overthinking something
6. Decrease in sexual desires
7. Looking very disappointed or helpless
8. Feelings of shame or guilt
9. Getting upset by repeatedly talking about your illness.
10. Feeling like a burden on family or friends
11. Lack of interest even in favorite work
12. Repeatedly talking about suicide
13. Suddenly becoming quiet while talking
14. Sudden increase in addiction to alcohol or drugs
15. Spend most of the time alone
