Now business users will be able to create ads for Facebook and Instagram even without a Facebook account. Also, small businesses can now easily connect with their customers. The company has started paid messages for this.
There are more than 200 million users of WhatsApp Business worldwide. Introducing the new feature, Mark Zuckerberg said that now small business people will be able to easily reach customers through advertisements. For this, they will not need a Facebook account. On clicking on the ads, customers will be able to ask questions related to the product, see and buy it through WhatsApp chat. This will make communication fast and people doing business will also get profit.
Paid messages will also be available
WhatsApp is also bringing paid messages to the business app which will mainly help small businesses. With the help of this, they will be able to give personalized messages to customers such as information related to appointments, birthday wishes or special sales running on holidays by paying some charge. Small businesses will benefit from this because instead of sending the same message to multiple customers manually, they will be able to send different personalized messages to everyone. Apart from this, the business owner will also be able to set the day and time of sending the message.
