According to metro rules, one who sits on the floor of a metro train is considered a punishable offence. For this, a fine of Rs 200 is also collected from him.

Fine will be imposed for traveling without ticket 

If someone spits inside the metro, he will have to pay a fine of Rs 200. Apart from this, if someone comes inside the metro drunk, sits on the floor of the train or fights, he will have to pay a fine of Rs 200 and his ticket will also be confiscated and he will have to get out of the train immediately. His journey will be stopped there.  If you travel without a ticket or pass, you will have to pay a fine of Rs 50 and above. If a man enters the women’s reserved compartment, he will have to pay a fine of Rs 250.
