Lilliput worked with Big B in the films ‘Bunty Aur Babli’ and Babli. Before this, she was supposed to appear with Big B in some films. But those films could not be made. Lilliput said in an interview to Bollywood Thikana, ‘I was playing cards when I got a call from Subhash Ghai, who called me to meet him at his office. I did not have money to go to his office in Bandra. The man who was playing cards with me there had a car, he took me in his car.
Subhash ji told me, ‘I am making a film, ‘Sher Bahadur’ and Amitabh Bachchan will be the hero and you will be the villain. He told me that if none of your films are released before my film and your image is not created, then you will have to leave the films you are doing.’
Left projects on the advice of Subhash Ghai
At that time, Lilliput was also working on other projects. He left his projects on the advice of veteran director Subhash Ghai. But he had to suffer a huge loss for this. Actually, due to Amitabh Bachchan’s ill health, Subhash Ghai’s film could not be made. Then once Lilliput had told Big B that, don’t try to act with me.

Later, Lilliput got another chance to work with Big B. The name of the film was ‘Aashiyana’. But for some reason, this film could not be made. After this, Lilliput got a chance to work with Big B in ‘Bunty Aur Babli’. When Lilliput was approached for this film, he told director Shad, ‘I am unlucky. My film with Amit ji does not get made. Your film will also not get made.’ But the film got made and people liked it.
