Babu Singh Kushwaha, the declared India Alliance candidate from Jaunpur parliamentary seat, had to face opposition on his arrival in Mungarabadshahpur on Monday. Some SP workers were opposing Kushwaha. Meanwhile, MLA Pankaj Patel got into a scuffle with the said worker. The police detained both the protesting youth and later released them.
A meeting of Jaunpur Lok Sabha candidate Babu Singh Kushwaha from India Alliance was organized with the workers in a palace in the city. As soon as Babu Singh Kushwaha proceeded from Gajrajganj intersection of the city to participate in it, the already present SP workers came on the road and started raising slogans against Babu Singh Kushwaha. Meanwhile, angry with the actions of the workers, MLA Pankaj Patel got into a scuffle. The police present immediately took the said workers into custody.
On Monday, when Babu Singh Kushwaha first arrived in Mungarabadshahpur, the video of the clash and scuffle between the alleged SP workers who came out against him and MLA Pankaj Patel is going viral on social media. In this regard, MLA Pankaj Patel says that a sponsored protest was being organized. The workers were removed from the front of the vehicle.
