Hindustani Awam Morcha president and former Bihar chief minister Jitan Ram Manjhi, who became an MP for the first time, has been given the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. Among the cabinet ministers, former national president of Janata Dal United and Munger MP Rajiv Ranjan Singh alias Lalan Singh has been given the Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairy along with the Panchayati Raj Ministry. BJP’s Begusarai MP Giriraj Singh has been given the Textile Ministry. Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) president and Hajipur MP Chirag Paswan has been given the Ministry of Food Processing. Rajya Sabha MP from JDU quota Ramnath Thakur has been made the Minister of State for Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Ministry. The responsibility of Ujiarpur BJP MP Nityanand Rai, who was with Home Minister Amit Shah, has not been changed. He has been made the Minister of State for Home again. BJP’s Rajya Sabha MP Satish Chandra Dubey has been made the Minister of State for Coal and Mining Ministries. BJP’s Raj Bhushan Chaudhary, who became MP for the first time from Muzaffarpur, has been given the responsibility of Minister of State for Jal Shakti.
