Schemes worth Rs 13,228 crore for East Central Railway Hajipur
PM Modi on Tuesday gave schemes worth Rs 13,228 crore under the jurisdiction of East Central Railway headquarters in Hajipur, Bihar. PM also laid the foundation stone for the construction of coaching complex along with washing pit line costing Rs 50 crore in Narkatiaganj, Bihar. Apart from this, the Honorable Prime Minister dedicated to the nation the New Chiraila Pathu-New Sonnagar-New DDU railway section of the Eastern Dedicated Freight Corridor at a cost of Rs 5423 crore. Apart from washing pit lines, 16 goods sheds at Arrah and Muzaffarpur, four Gati Shakti multimodal cargo terminals costing Rs 1329 crore, Bharatiya Janaushadhi Kendra at Patna and Darbhanga Junction in Bihar and 68 One Station One Products of East Central Railway were also inaugurated. Went. PM Modi said that One Station One Product will help in promoting the products of small farmers, artisans and Vishwakarma Mitras.

PM Modi gave three Vande gifts to India
In the presence of CM Nitish Kumar, Prime Minister Narendra Modi virtually inaugurated three Vande Bharat trains to Bihar – 1. Patna-Gomtinagar Vande Bharat, 2. Patna-New Jalpaiguri Vande Bharat, and, 3. Koderma-Gaya. -Ranchi-Varanasi Vande via DDU will open/pass through Bharat East Central Railway jurisdiction. One pair of Vande Bharat trains each from Patna Junction to Ranchi and Howrah is already operating. After the inauguration of two new trains on Tuesday, now a total of four pairs of Vande Bharat trains will operate from Patna and five Vande Bharat trains from Bihar. Train No. 22233/22234 New Jalpaiguri-Patna-New Jalpaiguri Vande Bharat Express will operate regularly from March 14. This train will operate from New Jalpaiguri and Patna six days a week except Tuesday. Train No. 22345/22346 Patna-Gomtinagar-Patna Vande Bharat Express will operate regularly from March 18. This train will run from Patna and Gomtinagar six days a week except Friday. Train No. 20887/20888 Ranchi-Varanasi-Ranchi Vande Bharat Express will also operate regularly from March 18. This train will run from Ranchi and Varanasi six days a week except Thursday.
