Ingredients for making radish leaves curry
Radish leaves – 1/2 kg
Radish – 2
Onion – 2
Garlic – 8-10 cloves
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek seeds – 2 tsp (optional)
Rai – 1/2 tsp
Fennel seeds – 1/2 tsp
Steep red chilies – 5-6
oil – as needed
salt – as per taste

Radish leaves curry recipe
To make vegetable of radish leaves, first take radish leaves and wash them thoroughly. After that chop them finely. Now take radish and cut it into small pieces. Finely chop the onion and garlic bud as well. Now put 2 tbsp oil in a pan and heat it. After the oil is hot, add cumin, fenugreek seeds, mustard and fennel and fry for a few seconds and temper it.

After frying for a few seconds, add ginger-garlic paste and cook it. After some time add finely chopped onion and garlic and fry. Fry them till the color of onion turns light pink. After this, add chopped radish to the spices and fry. After this add red chili powder, coriander powder and mix. Now add radish leaves and salt as per taste and mix.

Now cover the pan and let the vegetable cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes. When radish leaves and radish become soft properly, turn off the gas. Radish leaves curry full of taste and nutrition is ready. It can be made for lunch or dinner.
