Expansion

After the announcement of the launch date, flight booking has finally started from Moradabad airport. People will have to reach there one day before the flight date and get the ticket. The airline company has announced this. However, online booking has not started yet. Flyback staff had installed the check encounter and system at the airport 15 days in advance.

Now CRS (Customer Reservation Service) has been started. The management of Flyback Company has fixed the duties of the staff. According to the shift, the responsibility of check-in counter and booking counter has been assigned. The fare from Moradabad to Lucknow has been fixed at Rs 1048. Which is less than the fare of third AC coach of Rajdhani Express from Moradabad to Lucknow.

The ticket in 3 AC coach of Rajdhani Express till Lucknow is Rs 1065. The airline company attracted people’s attention with its cheap fares. At present the main reason for this is the low price of air turbine fuel. Because the expenses and fares of the airline company depend up to 45 percent on the prices of air turbine fuel.

Confusion among people due to online booking not starting

There is confusion among the people as online booking has not started after the announcement of fare by Flyback. People are getting information about flights by calling the toll free number given on the website of Flybig company. The company representatives are replying that soon booking will start on the website also. Because check-in has to be done before booking on the website, arrangements for this have not been made. Therefore online booking has not started.

DGCA approval may be received for fuel today

HPCL company has appealed for a contract with the Airport Authority of India for refueling 19 seater aircraft at the airport. It is expected that the contract letter will be issued by DGCA on March 9. After this, the company’s trucks will come from Delhi to Moradabad airport and fuel will be added to the aircraft every day. Due to the small size of the aircraft, it is not possible to bring fuel from Lucknow.

Offline booking has started at the airport. As per the arrangement of the airline company, passengers can come one day before the flight and make their booking. It may take 1 to 2 days for online booking to start. – Amarjeet, Airport Director
