A girl living in Pakbada police station area has accused the constable of raping her on the pretext of marriage. The accused constable had met the girl at a program. Here the accused took her number and started talking. When the victim pressurized her for marriage, the accused clearly refused.
Police have registered a case against the constable, his parents and brother. The girl told that about a year ago, she had met constable Vipin posted in Sambhal at a program in Gumsani. Vipin is a resident of Muzaffarnagar.
The accused then took the mobile number from the girl. After this the accused started talking on the phone. Then there was a love affair between the two. The accused constable tricked her that he would marry her. The accused raped the girl on the pretext of marriage.
After this the accused started refusing to marry. The accused threatened her that her parents were not ready for marriage. If you insist too much, we will kill you. The accused has ruined his life by hatching a conspiracy.
The victim told that along with accused Vipin, her father Latur Singh, mother and brother Vishal are also involved in this conspiracy. The victim had complained about this matter to the SSP and other officials.
SP City Akhilesh Bhadauria said that a case has been registered on the basis of the complaint. Whatever facts will emerge in the investigation. Further action will be taken on the same basis.
