A student living in Majhola police station area has filed a case against her classmate and his friend. The victim alleged that the accused mixed intoxicants in cold drink and made her drink it. Due to which she became unconscious. It is alleged that the accused and his friend raped her.
The accused also extorted Rs 50,000 from him by threatening to make the video viral. Police arrested both of them on Wednesday. The victim student told that she is completing her B.Sc. studies in the college located on Delhi Road. Ayaan Pasha and Mohammad Zaid, residents of Domghar of Kundarki police station area, have also studied in the same college.
Ayan Pasha had been following him since two years ago. During this time the accused had befriended her through Instagram. After this the accused used to take her for a walk with him. One day accused Aayan made her drink cold drinks mixed with intoxicants. Due to which he started having headache.
The accused raped the student and also made an obscene video on his mobile. The accused started blackmailing her by threatening to make the video viral. The student told the police that on February 17, the accused threatened her to bring Rs 50,000 from his home.
If she doesn’t bring the money, I will make the video viral. Afraid of the accused’s threat, the victim had brought Rs 50,000 from her home and given it to the accused. After this the accused threatened her and took her to his room. Here the accused raped her.
After this, the accused pressurized her to have physical relations with his friend Mohammad Zaid also. When the victim protested, the accused started threatening her. After this, he was given pills and sent in a rickshaw.
CO Civil Lines Arpit Kapoor has registered a case on the complaint of the victim. On Wednesday, both the accused were arrested and sent to jail.
