A woman was murdered by slitting her throat in Katghar, Moradabad. After getting the information, there was a sensation in the area. Police reached the spot and investigated. The husband is said to be absconding after the incident. Resham, a resident of Moondhapande, was married to Nareshpal Saini, a resident of Milak Mankara, about four years ago.
They have two children. Nareshpal works at a petrol pump. He has been living on rent in Surajnagar for the last six months. Resham’s brother Jagpal said that Nareshpal used to beat his sister every day. There was a quarrel between the two on Friday night.
After this, the accused Nareshpal killed Resham by slitting her throat with a sharp object. After committing the crime, the accused fled. Jagpal said that at around four in the morning, the neighbor called and informed about the murder.
After this, the police was informed. CO Katghar Ashish Kumar Singh, SHO Sanjay Kumar reached the spot with the team. The forensic team collected evidence, took the body in its custody and sent it for postmortem.
The CO said that the woman’s parents are accusing her husband of murder. He is being searched for.
