The taste of the dish sold on this hawker has not changed for 45 years. Kachori-chickpeas are still served in the plate, while the springs are kept in Malu leaves. Vikas, who came from Kanwali Road, told that he has been tasting the kachori chickpeas here since school days. Today, he has been 40 years old, but whenever he gets discharged from his job, he comes to taste his chaat. Other customers Ajay Arora say that he likes to lick the spices here. They have been eating them for the last 20 years.
