Recipe to make bread kalakand (how to make bread kalakand at home)
Material
-one liter milk
-3 to 4 threads saffron
-one cup sugar
-10 slices bread
-Cardamom seeds
-4 to 5 pieces cashew nuts almonds pistachios

-First of all, pour milk in a vessel and boil it well. Now take milk in a bowl, add saffron thread to it and leave it for 5 minutes.
-Now reduce the flame and let it boil. Add sugar in it and grind cardamom and mix it. Now add saffron milk also to the milk. Gradually the milk will start thickening. Now cut and remove the edges of the bread slices.
-Carefully place them one on top of the other and cut them into 4 pieces each and place them in a plate and make a layer properly. It would be better if it is a square plate. After this, spread condensed milk on it. When all the bread gets wet, place another layer of bread on it.
-Put milk on this also and submerge it well. Now keep it covered overnight to set. Spread finely chopped almonds, cashews and pistachios on it in the morning. Now carefully cut it into kalakand-like pieces with a knife. Bread Kalakand is ready.
As soon as you serve this dish in front of mom, a smile will appear on her face.
