Ingredients for Badam Burfi
Almonds – 250 grams
Milk – 1 cup
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Saffron – 2 pinches
Sugar – 1 cup

Almond Barfi Recipe
To make almond barfi full of taste, first of all put water in a bowl and heat it on the gas. After boiling water, put almonds in it and keep it for some time. After this, take out the almonds and put them in cold water for 1-52 minutes. After this process, the peels of almonds will come out very easily. After removing all the skins of almonds, put the peeled almonds again in hot water and keep them soaked for 1 hour.

After the almonds swell, take them out of hot water and put them in a blender. Add milk to it and grind almonds well. Now take out the almond paste in a bowl. After this, put ghee in a pan and heat it. After melting the ghee, add almond paste, saffron threads and sugar to it, mix well and let it cook. Fry the almond paste while stirring. It has to be fried until it becomes like a lumpy dough. After this, turn off the gas and let the paste cool down.

Meanwhile, apply ghee on the bottom of a plate/tray. When the paste remains slightly warm, put it in the tray and spread it evenly. Now leave the paste to set. After some time, when the paste gets set, cut the barfi with the help of a knife. Tasty Badam Barfi is ready for Mother’s Day. Stick an almond on top of each piece and serve.
