Actually, here we are talking about Mudra Loan Scheme, regarding which a big announcement has been made in the BJP’s resolution letter. It has been told that the loan available under this will be doubled. Till now lakhs of people have started their business by taking loan under this scheme. Earlier this scheme was started only for street vendors, but now it has been started for fruit-vegetable sellers and small shopkeepers also.

How to get loan without guarantee?
Under this scheme, loans are given in three categories: Shishu, Kishor and Tarun. In the first category, loans are given up to Rs. 50 thousand, in the second category, loans are given from Rs. 50 thousand to five lakhs and in the third category, loans are given up to Rs. 10 lakhs. No guarantee of any kind has to be given for this loan. To take a loan, you will have to tell what kind of business you want to do along with the application. You can avail the benefits of this scheme by going to the bank. Different banks give loans at different interest rates. This interest rate can range from 10 percent to 12 percent.

All the documents given along with the application are scrutinized by the bank and after this, if everything is fine then a Mudra card is issued. This is a kind of debit card, through which you can pay money as and when required for business.
