Mufasa Box Office Collection Day 18: Hollywood film Mufasa The Lion King has taken the first place in the list of highest-grossing films to be released in India in the year 2024.
The film, directed by Barry Jonkins, was released in India on December 20 and the film not only crossed the Rs 100 crore mark but also left behind big films like Deadpool & Wolverine and Godzilla X Kong.

Mufasa has left behind the earnings of all Hollywood films released in India in the year 2024. Godzilla X Kong (106.99) and Deadpool & Wolverine (136.15) There were only two such films which had earned more than Rs 100 crore.
Now Mufasa’s name has also come on top in this list. The film has made this earning at a time when Allu Arjun is already playing a stormy innings at the box office through Pushpa 2.
The magic of the voices of Shahrukh Khan, Aryan-Abram and Mahesh Babu
Mufasa, the prequel to The Lion King, released in 2019, is the story of cub Mufasa becoming the king of the jungle. Abram has given his voice to the cub Mufasa in the Hindi dubbed version of the film. Shahrukh Khan While Aryan Khan has lent his voice to Simba, he has become the voice of young Mufasa.
Mahesh Babu has become the voice of Mufasa in the Telugu dubbed version of Mufasa. Apart from this, Shreyas Talpade and Sanjay Mishra have also done voiceover in the Hindi dubbed version.
