Mafia Mukhtar Ansari, lodged in Banda jail, has accused of poisoning the jail food. He has said that due to this his health has become very serious and it seems that he can die at any time. On Thursday, during the presentation of the gangster case in Barabanki’s MP MLA court, Mukhtar Ansari’s lawyer submitted his application to the court.
After the ambulance case, the hearing of the case registered against 12 gangsters including Mukhtar Ansari is going on in the city police station of Barabanki. On Thursday, Mukhtar Ansari was produced before MPMLA Court Judge Kamalkant Srivastava through video conferencing from Banda Jail. While Zafar alias Chanda appeared from Sant Kabirnagar Nagar and Afroz alias Chunnu appeared from Ghazipur jail. During this hearing, no witness was present but in the court, Mukhtar Ansari’s lawyer submitted his application to the court.

In the letter, Mukhtar Ansari has said that there was poison in the food provided to him in Banda jail on March 19. He became seriously ill after consuming it. There is pain in his hands and legs and in all the nerves of the body. Hands and feet are getting cold. feeling nervous. It seems that death can happen at any time.
Mukhtar has also told the court that 40 days ago also slow poison was given in his food. Therefore, the jail staff who tastes his food after preparing it and gives it to him also fell ill and was treated. Currently, while hearing the gangster’s case, the court has fixed March 29 for the next appearance.
