Young man found dead in fish shop

In Munger, Bihar, a young man returning home from a birthday party died under suspicious circumstances on the way. The family members got information about the incident in the morning. On information, Kharakpur police station reached the spot and started investigating the case. The deceased has been identified as Girish Kumar, son of Ghokal Chaudhary, resident of Ratetha village of Haveli Kharagpur police station area. Family members allege that in the name of celebrating a party, Girish was taken along by his two friends and they were the ones who committed the murder. Rekha Devi, the mother of the deceased, filed an application in Kharakpur police station alleging that Kapil Chaudhary and Dimple Kumar Sah of the same village had strangulated her son Girish to death.
Family members say that Kapil Chaudhary and Dimple Kumar had taken Girish to Kharakpur on the pretext of celebrating his birthday. After that Girish did not return till late night. In the morning, Kapil and Dimple came to my house, gave me the bike keys and helmet and said that your son is sleeping in a fish shop located in Muzaffarpur Ganj market. He asked to give the helmet and keys at home, saying this both of them left. When my son did not come home after a long time, the family members went to Muzaffarpur Ganj fish shop. There I saw that my son was lying dead.
Regarding the incident, Haveli Kharagpur SDPO Chandan Kumar said that the police is investigating from various aspects regarding the suspicious death of the youth. The body has been taken into custody and sent to Munger for post-mortem. The cause of death of the youth will be known only after the post mortem report comes. At the same time, Kapil Chaudhary and Dimple Kumar Sah are said to be absconding after the incident.
