The District Behavior Court has sentenced the father and son to life imprisonment in a 24-year-old case of murder. Along with this, a financial penalty of 60-60 thousand rupees has also been imposed by the court on them. The court of Additional Sessions Judge-13 Pramod Kumar Pandey of the District Behavior Court has convicted two father and son on Thursday in the 24-year-old case related to the murder. ADJ 13 has sentenced both the accused to life imprisonment.

A woman was murdered in a dispute over buffalo tying in cowshed

An FIR was lodged on the complaint of Rajendra Prasad Singh, a resident of Baligaon village at Rajpur police station in Rohtas district. According to the FIR 172/2001, the incident took place in Baligaon of Rajpur police station area on 26 October 2001 at 10 pm. In a dispute over buffalo tying in Gaushala, the accused, armed with rifle and katta, had indiscriminately firing in the case of the indicator of the case, in which the indicator’s sister -in -law Raj Kumari Devi died on the spot after being shot.

Trial was running on five people

The case Additional Public Prosecutor Ramkumar Tiwari said that a total of five accused were facing trials in the case. In this, two accused named Tribhuvan Chaudhary and Digvijay Chaudhary have been sentenced to life imprisonment with sixty thousand fine and three accused have been released for lack of evidence. Rajan Chaudhary, the main accused of the incident, was already murdered.

Seven witness testimony in the case

A testimony of seven witnesses in this case was lodged by the prosecution in the court and about 24 years passed for the completion of the judicial process. After this, the court found the accused guilty under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Legislation and sentenced the said sentence.
