A tragic train accident took place in Muzaffarpur district, in which two women died on the spot after being hit by the train. This incident took place near Majholia Railway Gumti between Dholi and Dubaha stations of Muzaffarpur-Samastipur railway section. Both the women are said to be sister-in-law and the accident happened while crossing the train track.
Could not be identified for an hour
According to the information, at the time of the incident both the women had gone out together for some work. Meanwhile, she was hit by a high speed train coming from Samastipur. Due to the loud noise of the train, local people immediately reached the spot after the incident. But both the women were cut and died on the spot. The dead could not be identified for an hour after the accident. But he was identified after the video of the incident went viral on social media.
Family members reached the spot after watching the video
One of the deceased women was identified as Samita Devi, a resident of Majhauliya village. Her husband’s name is Dharmendra Kumar Yadav. After the video went viral, his family members reached the spot and their lamentation created an outcry.
Family members refused to conduct post mortem
As soon as information about the incident was received, the police reached the spot and started the process of sending the bodies for post-mortem. However, the relatives of the deceased refused to conduct post-mortem. The police is investigating the incident in detail and according to the local people, it could also be a case of suicide, although there is no confirmation about it yet.
