Railway Police Muzaffarpur is on alert in view of the protests by candidates in different areas regarding the recruitment of Assistant Loco Pilot of Railways. Instructions have been given to GRP and RPF of Railway Police in this matter. Various railway stations have been continuously alerted to avoid any kind of protest and trouble with passengers. At the same time, Railway SP Kumar Ashish also inspected Muzaffarpur Junction.
Actually, recruitment for Assistant Loco Pilot has been done by Railway Recruitment Board. There is a lot of resentment among the candidates regarding the cuts made in these recruitments. Candidates have demonstrated at many places in Bihar regarding their demands, in which candidates took out rallies at different places including Patna. During the rally, stones were also pelted at the police by angry people. Many protesters were also detained from the spot. Therefore the Railway Police has issued an alert.
Railway SP Kumar Ashish said that there have been demonstrations by the candidates at some places. Currently, no case of such protests has come to light in Muzaffarpur railway area. Still, we also have input and the Railway Police has been kept on alert in view of any possibility. GRP and RPF police personnel are constantly alert regarding this. Along with this, we have also informed the district administration about this matter and are on alert for this. Continuous action is being taken in this direction to ensure the safety of passengers and trains. Along with this, work is being done on preventive action.
