The medicine for white spots or its correct treatment has not yet been found, but scientists believe that the cause of white spots is fungal infection or pigmentation. Vitiligo is caused by fungal infection in any part of the body or due to the destruction of pigment-forming cells (melanocytes). Fish and milk together do not cause any such problem. However, if you have a problem with lactose, then after eating fish, allergies, vomiting or stomach pain may occur. This can happen if both are taken separately.
