A young man died in a road accident on Sunday night in Nalanda, Bihar. The matter is of Nagarnausa market of Nagarnausa police station area. The deceased has been identified as Sumit Kumar (25), son of Anil Ram, resident of Nagarnausa village. With the help of the police, the family members took the body to Bihar Sharif Sadar Hospital for post-mortem on Monday morning.

Regarding the incident, the family members of the deceased told that the youth used to run a meat shop in Nagarnausa market. Like every day, he was returning home after closing his shop on Sunday evening. Meanwhile, Nitish Chaudhary, son of Vijendra Chaudhary, resident of Nagarnausa, coming from the wrong side, hit him with the bike. Sumit suffered serious head injury in this accident. After this, the people nearby informed the family about the incident. After that the young man was hurriedly taken to Patna PMCH for treatment, where the doctor declared him dead. The bike rider fled after committing the incident.

According to the information, Sumit Kumar was married two years ago. A son was born two months ago. At the same time, after the confirmation of Sumit’s death, there was an uproar among the family members. The atmosphere of the village has become sad due to the screams of the family members.

Meanwhile, Nagarnausa Police Station President Shailesh Kumar Jha said that after getting information about the incident, the police took the body into their custody and sent it for post-mortem. Further action will be taken upon receipt of the application. At present the police has started investigating the entire matter.
