Not only in the state and across the country, but the sweets and snacks here go to foreign countries. Namkeen and sweet shops are very famous near BK School of Bikaner. Domestic and foreign tourists visiting Bikaner must visit this place once. There is a crowd of people who are fond of the taste of salty and sweets here from early morning till late evening. Many people pack it and take it to their relatives as well.

Sweets trader Jaideep told that there are four shops of snacks and sweets near BK school. These shops are 70 to 80 years old. People come from far and wide to eat Pandhari and Gundpak here. Many people even send it to foreign countries. Pandhari is the item of summer. It is sold for Rs.400 per kg. Whereas, Gundpak is a winter item. Apart from this, Kachori, Dahi Bada, Samosa are also very famous here. The shops are open everyday from 8 in the morning till 8 in the night. Everyday thousands of people enjoy Kachori, Dahi Bada and sweets here. There is always a crowd of people in front of these shops.

He told that people and laborers working in big companies also take kachori and sweets from here due to the reasonable price along with the quality. One kachori is available here for Rs.12 to 15. Whereas, Dahi Vada is available for Rs.40. Many people told that they call the kachoris and sweets here by the names of BK school’s kachoris and pandhari.

Shopkeeper Jaideep told that thousands of people come here from morning to evening, so Kachori and sweets are made every little while. Along with this, many people also go after placing orders.
