Ingredients for water chestnut kadhi

30 grams water chestnut flour
250 grams whipped curd
200 grams Ghee
2 pieces dry red chilli (whole)
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon ginger and green chilli paste

How to make water chestnut kadhi?

< p>1. Prepare water chestnut flour batter. To make pakodas, add rock salt as per taste. Fry them in ghee.

2. Mix beaten curd, rock salt, water chestnut flour (2 spoons) in water. Make sure there are no lumps in it.

3. Heat ghee in a big pan, add cumin, ginger and green chilli paste, dry red chilli and fry.

4. Then add the whipped curd and flour mixture in the pan.

5. Let it boil for about 10 minutes. 

6. Add pakodas and keep stirring continuously for 15 minutes. Enjoy this kadhi with hot buckwheat puri.
