The ingredients required to make Sabudana Rabri:
1 cup sabudana (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
1 liter milk
Β½ cup sugar
4 teaspoon cardamom powder
10-12 almonds (chopped)
10-12 pistachios (chopped)
1 tablespoon raisins
1 tablespoon ghee (to fry sabudana)
Method of making Sabudana Rabri:
First of all wash the sabudana thoroughly and soak it in water for 30 minutes. After this, remove it and keep it aside.
Now add milk in a deep pan and let it boil. After this, keep running the milk continuously till the milk is thick.
Heat ghee in a separate pan and add soaked sabudana and fry it on medium flame lightly for 3-4 minutes.

Now add sugar to boiled milk and mix well. Then add roasted sabudana and cook on low heat until the sabudana absorbs the milk well and the mixture becomes thick.
When Rabri is ready, add cardamom powder, chopped almonds, pistachios and raisins and mix well.
Remove the prepared rabri from the gas and let it cool lightly. You can also keep it in the fridge for some time to cool it. Serve by decorating with chopped nuts from above.
