The story of this serial has been woven for Nandini, a resident of Gujarat. Nandini is a happy-go-lucky girl who helps everyone. She is a progressive woman who believes in customs and traditions. But after marriage, when Nandini comes to know about dowry, she does not hesitate to raise her voice against it. She demands her dowry back from her in-laws.
