Now the post mortem report has revealed that the cause of death of the girl was suffocation. Police has asked for a report from the CMO. Only after this there will be a lawsuit.
Amit Rajput, resident of Paschimpuri, Sikandra, said that his wife was admitted to a nursing home in Indirapuram for delivery. On October 31, 2024, the girl died as soon as she was born. It is alleged that the girl died due to the negligence of two nurses. He did not call the female doctor. The victim filed a complaint against the nursing home operator and two nurses. The police had conducted the post-mortem of the body of the newborn girl. Inspector Sadar said that the CMO has been asked to submit the investigation report in the matter.
