Who can apply
The eligibility to apply for these recruitments is different according to the post. For example, BE, BTech, ME, MTech, MSc, MPhil candidates can apply for the post of Scientist B. While BE, B.Tech, ME, M.Tech, MCA candidates can fill the form for the post of Scientific Officer/Engineer. As far as the age limit is concerned, candidates between 18 to 30 years can apply for these posts.
how will be the selection
The selection of candidates for these posts will be done after passing several stages of examination. Such as written test, personal interview, document verification and medical examination etc. As far as application fee is concerned, General, EWS and OBC category candidates will have to pay Rs 800 as application fee. While SC, ST, PWD and women candidates do not have to pay the fee.
how much salary will you get
Salary is good if selected. The salary for the post of Scientist – B (Group A) ranges from Rs 56,100 to Rs 1,77,500. The salary for Scientific Officer/Engineer (Group B) ranges from Rs 44,900 to Rs 1,42,400. The salary for the post of Scientific Technical Assistant (Group B) has been fixed from Rs 35,400 to Rs 1,12,400.
