Ashok Kumar, director of Mohan Shahi Lassi, said that he has been selling lassi for 20 years. 80 to 100 liters of milk is curdled daily, which gets exhausted every day by the time the shop is closed. At our place, Lassi is served after breaking the ice, filtering it, adding pure curd, sugar, cream, cashew nuts, raisins, coconut, Rooh Afza. This enhances the taste. People like the taste very much. Our shop is open every day from 1 pm to 10 pm.
