Ingredients to make Thukpa
Noodles – 1 packet
Beans – 1/4 cup
Shredded Cabbage – 1/2 cup
Onion chopped – 1/2 cup
Onion spring – 1/2 cup
Carrot chopped – 1/4 cup
Vegetable broth – 4 cups
Chili sauce – 1/2 tbsp
Soya sauce – 2 tsp
Black pepper powder – 2 pinch
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Garlic chopped – 4 cloves
Green coriander – 2-3 tbsp
Oil – 2 tsp
salt – as per taste

Thukpa Recipe
To make Veg Thukpa, first finely chop onion and garlic. After this, put oil in a pan and heat it. When the oil becomes hot, add chopped onion and garlic to it and fry on low flame. When the onion starts to look transparent, add chopped vegetables cabbage, onion, beans and carrots and cook mixing them all. Cook the vegetables while stirring till they become soft.

After this add sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, garam masala and other spices to the vegetables, mix well and fry for some more time. After this, add vegetable broth to the pan and boil for 5 minutes. After this, add finely chopped coriander to it and mix it well and let it boil for 5 more minutes. Finally add noodles and cumin powder to it. Let the noodles boil for 2-3 minutes. After this turn off the gas. Tasty Veg Thukpa is ready.
