Cancer is one of the serious diseases, which can happen to anyone at any age. According to a report by the World Health Organization (WHO), a research found that consumption of white bread and alcohol increases the risk of Colorectal Cancer.  Colorectal cancer often occurs due to irregular eating habits, smoking,  drinking too much alcohol. Some specific symptoms of cancer may include weight loss, fatigue, anemia, unexplained fever, strange lumps, infection, and other problems.

Don’t smoke

White Bread contains refined flour, which can increase insulin levels in the body. Whereas wine contains alcohol, which promotes cancer. Apart from this, alcohol consumption increases oxidative stress in the body, which plays an important role in the development of cancer. It is difficult to prevent cancer completely, but there are some things you can do on your own, including: do not smoke, eat healthy foods, exercise regularly, control your weight, limit alcohol intake. Get regular health checkups done.  

Screening Test

The risk of cancer can be reduced by following a healthy diet. Include whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and sources of protein in your diet. Apart from this, avoid drinking alcohol and do regular exercise, which can help in staying healthy and reduce the risk of cancer. Consulting a doctor from time to time and getting screening tests done is also important to identify the risk of cancer.
