Bajra flour may become sticky when wet, so add water slowly. Make a medium sized ball (round ball) from the dough, now make the ball round and smooth with your hands. After this, sprinkle some dry millet flour on the rolling pin and rolling pin. Start rolling the dough gently. After rolling the roti, put it on the pan and cook it on low flame. When one side is lightly browned, turn it and then do the other side as well. Now fry the roti directly on the gas flame. After this apply ghee and serve hot.
