Shopkeeper Ankit Shukla says that due to the idea of bringing something new in Purnia, he along with his friend Ankit started serving Kulhad Pizza in Purnia. He said that the shop serves Kulhad Pizza to the customers for just Rs 99.
Prepared with 7 spices in 10-15 minutes
Ankit Shukla says that to make Kulhar Pizza, he first prepares the pizza with bread, capsicum, chilli, onion, tomato and other 7 secret spices. Then all those prepared spices are filled in a clean kulhar along with cheese and butter. Then leave that kulhad in your oven machine to heat for 10 to 15 minutes. When it is ready, the machine gives an alarm, then they take it out and feed it to the customers. He said that in Purnia, people come looking for his shop to eat Kulhar Pizza. More than 100 Kulhad pizzas are sold every day.
