The National Testing Agency (NTA) has launched a new official website for the Common University Entrance Test (Cuet UG 2025). Now candidates will be able to get all the important information and application forms related to CUET UG 2025 easily. The link to this new website is cuet.nta.nic.in. NTA informed that the registration date will be announced soon, so that the candidates will be able to register themselves in time.
This year, Cuet UG will be organized for admission in central, state, private and demand universities. The exam will be held only once and it will be in Computer Based Examination (CBT) mode, as was told by Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan last year. Last year, in 2024, the exam was held in pen and paper mode from 15 to 18 May, while it was taken in online mode from 21 to 24 May. This time, candidates will be able to take the exam for a maximum of 5 subjects at a time and the duration of the examination for each subject will be 1 hour.
Cuet UG 2025: Changes in Examination
This time there will be some important changes in Cuet UG 2025. This year there will be a total of 23 subjects examination, which will be held in 13 languages. Some older themes have been removed for the selection of universities, such as ‘Entrepreneurship’, ‘Teaching Aptitude’, ‘Fashion Studies’, ‘Tourism’, ‘Legal Studies’, and ‘Engineering Graphics’. The selection for these deleted subjects will be based on the general habitual examination.
Cuet UG 2025: Examination Topics
Cuet UG 2025 will have various subjects examination, including accountancy, business studies, agriculture, physics, chemistry, mathematics, biology, dance, music, painting, geography, history, home science, political science, psychology, Sanskrit, environment, environmental science Topics like physical education and computer science are included. This time the candidates will have to face the exam with many new subjects.
Cuet UG 2025: List of Universities
This time CUET UG 2025 has been scheduled to participate in a total of 46 universities, including Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), Delhi University (DU), Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI). The result of Cuet UG 2025 for admission to these universities will be the basis. The registration process will be started soon for the candidates, and the exam date will also be announced by NTA.
