Ingredients to make Oats Curd Masala
Oats – 1 cup
Cucumber – 1
Carrot – 1
Curd – half cup
Tomato – 1
onion – one
Black pepper powder – half tsp
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves – 3 to 4
Whole cumin seeds – half a teaspoon
Mustard seeds – half a teaspoon
Whole red chili – one
salt – to taste
Oil – 1/2 tsp

Oats Dahi Masala Recipe
First boil the oats in a vessel. When it becomes soft, turn off the gas. Now finely chop all the vegetables like onion, tomato, carrot, cucumber. You can take any vegetable of your choice. You can also use capsicum, green peas, corn etc. Put these vegetables in water and boil them lightly or you can also fry them. Take out the boiled oats in a bowl. Add all the chopped vegetables to it and mix. Now add curd as well.

Add red chili powder, black pepper powder, salt and mix. Place a pan on the gas and heat it by adding some oil. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, dry red chilies, cumin seeds and fry them.
