Ajmer. The International Pushkar Cattle Fair, to be held at a distance of 15 kilometers from Ajmer in Rajasthan, has started. This fair will run from 9 to 15 November. 1500 rupees are spent every day
Palwinder Singh, owner of “Anmol” told Local 18 that it is a buffalo of Murrah breed. And its age is 8 years. About Rs 1500 is spent daily on its food. It eats only fruits, cashew nuts and almonds.
Precious like a brother
Palwinder Singh told that the price of Anmol in UP has been estimated at Rs 23 crore. Even in Pushkar, many people have offered to buy this buffalo from him. He told that “Anmol” is a pure buffalo of Murrah breed, hence its price is high. He considers him like a brother and a brother can never be sold. Anmol is a part of his family so he will never sell it. He only sells precious semen so that he can improve the buffalo breed.
The only pride of Pushkar fair
Palwinder told that although many species of animals have come to the Pushkar fair, but their precious remains remain the center of attraction in the fair. A large number of people are coming to see it and taking photos with it.
