The man’s name is Tushar Saxena. He recently received a challan message, which he mistook. Things got serious when he received a notice via email that he would have to pay the challan. If he did not do so, he would have to appear in court. Tushar lives in Rampur, 200 km from Noida. The challan he received was for driving without a helmet, while Tushar says that he has a car and he never went to Gautam Buddha Nagar i.e. Noida.
How to wear a helmet in a car?
The challan was issued on November 9, 2023. Tushar says that he has never driven a car in the NCR area. If there is a rule to wear a helmet while driving a car, then it should be given in writing to the authorities. He told that last year he bought his car and got its registration transferred from Ghaziabad to Rampur. Now he has appealed to the Noida Police to investigate this case and withdraw his fine of Rs 1000.
