A case of unintentional murder has been registered
After the accident, Delhi Police arrested seven people including coaching operators-coordinator, Force Gurkha driver Manuj Kathuria. On Saturday, Kathuria passed through a road filled with rainwater in his SUV. After the car passed, the gate of the three-storey building broke due to the pressure of water and the basement got flooded, due to which three students died. Police has also seized the SUV. A report has been filed against them for culpable homicide and other charges.

The court reserved the decision
The court heard the bail plea of the SUV driver and four co-owners of the basement who were arrested in this case on Tuesday. Kathuria’s lawyer Rakesh Malhotra said that driving in the rain is not a crime. The police has not taken any action against the officials responsible for the waterlogging. His clients are innocent. The court has reserved the order in this case till 4 pm on Wednesday.
