Actually, Ellen McGuigan is suffering from Charles Bonnet Syndrome (CBS), which is a neurological condition. Due to this, patients start seeing things which are not real. You can also call this a hallucination. Something suddenly appears in front of the people suffering from this disease. They can also be in the form of patterns, which can include animals, vehicles, anything. In such a situation, when such things suddenly appear, people start running here and there in panic. However, McGaughan is now suffering from blindness after this rare disease. He has completely lost the vision in one eye, while only 15 percent of the vision in the other eye is left. Initially Ellen thought that losing her eyesight might bring some relief from this disease, but it became more and more frightening.
However, now Ellen feels that when she becomes completely blind, things that cause hallucinations will not come in front of her eyes. In such a situation, she will get relief from this rare disease causing blindness. Allen said it would be a relief. I can live the rest of my life well without the interference of CBS. Alec Patterson said that because of CBS I sometimes see insects crawling. He said that once when my daughter was eating food, I saw insects crawling in her plate. On another occasion, when he and his wife were walking on a busy city street, they saw a tiger passing by them. When I told my children about this, they started laughing. I felt something was wrong. In such a situation, when I went to the doctor, it was found out that I have Charles Bonnet Syndrome, due to which my life has now become very interesting. Now the question is, how does this rare disease occur? In such a situation, let us tell you that hallucinations can be caused by low light conditions, sudden changes in vision or specific eye conditions such as increasing age or cataract. There is no cure for this.
