This is probably the first such case in Madhya Pradesh’s Rewa district, when the dead body of a newborn has been taken out after digging a grave to bring the culprit to the end of the sentence. This case is related to rape. Where on the permission of SDM, Govindgarh police has made an exercise to get DNA test done. The dead body of the newborn taken out of the crib has been kept in the mortuary of Sanjay Gandhi Hospital for examination.
The bones of the newborn will be sent to the capital Bhopal for testing. Along with this, blood samples of the victim and the accused will be taken. From which it will be known that the DNA of the newborn is found in the DNA of the accused and the victim. After this, the police will present the DNA report in the court in the case diary. On this basis, there will be a hearing in the court. The accused will be punished severely.

According to the information received, a person named Prabhakar Kushwaha had raped a girl for several months on the pretext of marriage. Due to continuous sexual abuse, the victim became pregnant and gave birth to a child. But, the newborn died soon after birth. Seeing all this, the accused fled leaving the victim. The complaint was made by the victim in Govindgarh police station. The police registered a case and arrested the rapist and sent him to jail. Evidence is being collected by the police to get the accused severely punished.
In this episode, the need for DNA test of the dead newborn child has arisen. After which permission was taken from the SDM to dig the grave. Last Sunday, the dead body of the newborn was taken out after digging the grave.
