Actually the boy and the girl were roaming around in the scooty, but instead of sitting behind, the girl was sitting in front facing the boy and the boy was driving.

When traffic DSP Sanjay Sahu caught sight of this, he immediately took cognizance of it and traced the owner of the vehicle from the vehicle number. After which he was called to the police station in the night itself and the young man who was driving in the video was also called. An invoice of Rs 8,800 was made on these. This young man was warned by the police not to repeat such a mistake in future and was released after giving an explanation after cutting the challan.

Traffic DSP told that he received the viral video of violating the traffic rules, on which he immediately took action. The challan was issued under the Motor Vehicle Act by summoning the police station and an apology was sought from the young man. He said that the traffic police is keeping an eye on the people who violate the traffic rules in this way and will always take strict action against them.
