The deceased gold artisan has been identified as Pintu Kumar, a resident of Kolkata.
Pintu was living and working at gold trader Vikesh Kumar’s place for the last 2 years. After the incident, the police reached the spot and started investigating. The police took the dead body in their custody and got the post-mortem done at Mayaganj Hospital. Although the post mortem report is yet to come.
