In the video you can see how private guards in blue dress are stopping vehicles passing through the streets and checking their documents. After this, they also settle fines for shortage in papers and those who do not follow the rules.
At the same time, the drivers allege that the private security guards of the transport office commit indecency along with checking the documents. They also make pressure to pay the fine amount forcibly. When there was a complaint about this in the department, Transport Officer Nisha Chauhan said that the department does not have enough staff, so the help of private guards is being taken. The guards are cooperating during our checking.
People are making these allegations
In fact, it is being alleged that the security guard in blue dress has been kept in the department for security work. As per rule private security guard is not appointed by the agency for field work. But to get their work done, the District Transport Department has done this new feat. The departmental officer has cited the shortage of staff, but people are being subjected to illegal recovery and indecency in the name of checking.

Giving information on the whole matter, District Transport Officer Nisha Chauhan said that we have shortage of staff, all the constable team and TSI we have go to the field. This private guard is also attached to the department. We are taking cooperation from them.
