Ingredients for making Cranberry Chutney
1 cup karonda, 2 onions, 3 green chillies chopped, half teaspoon cumin, half teaspoon turmeric, half teaspoon coriander powder, 2 teaspoons mustard oil, a pinch of asafoetida, salt according to taste

How to make spicy gooseberry vegetable
First step: To make karonda, green chilli and onion chutney, first wash the karonda thoroughly and cut it into two parts. After that, grind the karonda and 3 chillies together thoroughly. And cut the onion into round shapes.

Step 2: Now turn on the gas and place a pan in it and pour 2 spoons of mustard oil in it. When the oil is completely hot, temper it with asafoetida and cumin seeds. After a few seconds, add chopped onion and fry it well.

Step 3: Fry the onion until it turns golden brown. When the onion turns golden, add grated green chillies and karonda to it. After this, add half a teaspoon of turmeric, half a teaspoon of coriander powder and salt as per taste.

Step 4: Now put it on the stove and let it cook on low flame. Keep in mind that it should not be cooked too much. Turn off the gas in a few minutes. This spicy vegetable of Karonda is ready. You can eat it by wrapping it in roti or you can also eat it with rice.
