The anti-BJP parties gathered for opposition unity did not announce the new name after the meeting and now the Left national leader has started a new debate by naming the new name. Congress spokesperson Rajesh Rathore said that UPA exists in the country, whose chairperson is Soniaji. Only national level leaders can decide to end it or form a new alliance. On the other hand, during a conversation with Amar Ujala, the national level leader of the Congress said that there was no talk about the name in the meeting. Till now there is no such decision in this regard. Even if any name comes, the Congress will consider it. RJD spokesperson Mrityunjay Tiwari said that a meeting was held in Patna on the call of the Grand Alliance.
