The court of Special Judge (SC/ST Act) of Aligarh, Subhash Chandra, has passed an order to file a case against the then Inspector of Gonda police station.

In this regard, the application on behalf of Ved Prakash was presented in Section 173 (4) BNSS court. In which a petition was filed against the then Police Station Gonda Brajesh Kumar Singh, Police Station Incharge Ishwar Singh Tomar, Daroga Sumrapal Singh, Nadeem Khan and Lal Singh, Dhiri, Ankit etc. Vedprakash alleges that some people of the village are angry with him. On 26 July 2024, the accused ambushed and fired on it. In which he narrowly escaped and ran away after saving his life. When he informed its number 112, the police came to the spot and came to the police station with him. It is alleged that the opposition was already present in the police station. The police did not register his FIR, but instead humiliated him on caste basis.

On September 29, 2024, at 11:30 pm, the police did not register a report and abused and threatened an encounter. While the opposition Dhir Singh’s Tahrir was filed against five including him. Dhiri Singh had also filed a case in the past. In which the final report was sent when the incident became false. It is alleged that the charge sheet has been sent to him as a criminal instinct. Various criminal cases have been established by the police on the opposition’s tahrir.
