- 500 ml milk

What are the things needed to make Paal Poli?
To make Pal Poli, first knead a soft dough by mixing all-purpose flour, semolina, half sugar, a pinch of salt and little water. Now keep this dough for at least 10 minutes. After this, boil milk in a pan and let it thicken.
Now after some time add saffron threads and sugar and cook for 5 minutes. Sprinkle cardamom powder and when it dissolves well, take it off the flame. Now prepare a mixture of dry fruits by grinding almonds, cashews and sugar coarsely. Keep it aside for later.
